—Food & Dessert Policies—

 POLICIES - Food and all dessert orders are subject to these policies listed below for both individual dessert slices and whole desserts.

  • Once an order has been picked up, it is considered “accepted”, as each product is the responsibility of the customer once it leaves our restaurant. We are not responsible for any damage occurring during transport or set-up. Keep in mind, if not handled properly, our food can shift within containers and desserts can become damaged - such as cracks, smudges, melted frosting, etc.

  • Food and/or dessert(s) flavor and texture is subjective. Full refunds requested due to flavor or texture after the food and/or dessert(s) have been picked up will not be honored. You may qualify for in-store gift card if the product is brought back and the quality of the food and/or dessert(s) flavor or texture is determined to not meet our standards. Determination is solely at the discretion of Tastebuds Eatery.

  • Food must be brought back same day and desserts must be brought back in a timely matter, preferably same day or within 24 hours of pick-up - please call us promptly to let us know of the issue.

  • We will not issue a refund or store credit if the food and/or dessert(s) is not returned for inspection or if returned with more than 50% of the product having been consumed or removed.

  • No refunds are given for items purchased with a gift card. For refunds using other payment methods, a receipt must be provided and you will be credited back using the original payment method.

  • No refunds/exchanges of any kind will be honored if we are not contacted within 48 hours of pick-up. We may be contacted by email at tastebudseats@gmail.com or phone 817-361-5500. If calling outside our normal hours, voicemails will be retrieved during our operating hours. If an in-store gift card or refund is given we will discard the item(s) after inspection.

  • If the food and/or dessert(s) is deemed by Tastebuds Eatery to not meet our standards an exchange for same product will be given or in some cases a refund will be offered.
